Berlin has great stores with very good customer service but on Friday, September 5, I experienced some exceptional service at Victorian Charm. I wish I’d gotten her name. When she noticed my disappointment that a particular jacket was not available in my size she jumped in, sized me correctly and gave me a trick for styling. All very good service. The service became exceptional when she caught a mistake I was making while consolidating purchases that could have had disastrous consequences. And yes I did purchase the very cute jacket.

This store is such a gym located in quaint downtown Berlin, Maryland. They were having a sidewalk sale during the annual peach festival so we decided to take a look and we picked up some really unique gifts. If you collect simply southern apparel and accessories or Brighton jewelry and bags, they have a good selection here. They had a cute kids and baby section in the back and its own room. The staff was super friendly and they even had frozen sangria to sample while shopping.
