Shad Landing is one of the two distinct areas of the Pocomoke River State Park. Shad Landing is located on the south side of the river off Route 113 with beautiful swamp spots for outdoor and tourist activities including fishing, birding, biking, hiking, boating, and more.

Restrooms with showers are clean and modern. Fans keep it cool and dry. Large shady sites with electric. Water faucets nearby to fill up your tank.Dump station for gray and black water. Quiet campground!! Always come here to get away and enjoy nature!

We utilized the pavilions for the Ocean City Jeep Club event, and the park was most accommodating for us in utilizing the amenities. Was perfectly sized for our event with parking for 110 Jeeps and 200 attendees.

We rented a cabin for a two-day stay. The natural environment is superb, and the bathhouses are exceptionally clean—truly at hotel-level quality. In our experience, this is the number one campground in the USA! Thank you!
