Panera Bread
Food tasted good, mac and cheese was lukewarm, lady didn’t even toast the bagel, and when we asked she ran it through and made it warm, not even toasted. The atmosphere was good, even when crowded. The line was insanely long because they had one person running the register and making food, and even after the line went away a person still took forever to come to the register. Lady didn’t even give us the receipt but I have been waiting for my Java coffee for probably 15-20 minutes. Not happy.

Panera Bread
Panera Bread has always been good, at least in other States. This location in Ocean City, MD absolutely sucks!!!! I don’t know her name, but the young (maybe in her low 20s) black girl that works the front register beside the bakery has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.
My family and I ordered two drinks and also two items from their bakery section. I waited 20 minutes, and then asked, can I get these two items on my receipt. This girl replied, “Oh”, and said, “Did you want it cut?” The bagel not cut, really?! lol
So, she cut it about 90%/10% for halves of thickness, and I get to my table and realized it was not the correct bagel. On the way out, I said, “Just to let you know, I ordered a blueberry bagel.” She said, “Oh.” No apology on either scenario, nothing.
Obviously, she hates her job or the Manager of this location is not good. Great leaders make a great team, even if this girl has crap Customer Service. Someone can train her if they know what they are doing. And…oh yeah, she didn’t care that the bagel was rock hard either. Such a crappy experience for a good brand, usually…🤦🏻♂️
Oh yeah, and the coffee, oh my, terrible taste and lukewarm at best…

Teenage staff were rude and clueless. There were barely any customers and the place was filthy and there wasn't any coffee made. When asked how long the wait would be for fresh coffee the young girl said with an attitude, "I don't know. 10-15 minutes!" How does someone who works here not know how long coffee takes to brew? Management needs to do some customer service training. If the employees dont want to deal with customers in a professional manner, then they need to find another place to work.
