Never in my life could I have imagined that mall sushi would be so good!! We went twice in 3 days because we wanted all we could get in before heading back west. This would be worth a 2.5 hour drive just for sushi!

The sushi was pretty basic. If you’re new to sushi, you may find it enjoyable, but if you eat sushi regularly, there’s nothing here that really stands out. It reminded me of Costco, Sam’s Club, or grocery store sushi, just a small step above.
The tempura shrimp, however, was fried perfectly. Unfortunately, the boom boom sauce was disappointing. It tasted like way too much mayonnaise and not enough of the seasonings and flavors that normally make boom boom sauce good.
The wings were decent, and the seaweed salad was actually pretty good. Overall, though, there were no real stars of the meal, including the sushi, which should have been the main attraction.
