Chick-fil-A

Love me some Chik-fil-a, but this location left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered online for pick-up. Upon arrival was informed that they had no wraps to make my grilled chicken wrap with. Was offered a side salad, not a whole salad, with the grilled chicken, as a replacement. Mind you the wrap is $8.55, not exactly a fair trade replacement. The first gentlemen that helped me was great, he was helpful & good spirited in finding what would be a good replacement. So I suggested to just put what was in the wrap on a bun instead, he asked his manager and they said they couldn’t do it. So I suggested they put the wrap contents into a bowl and just give me a bun on the side. The gentlemen went to ask his manger again, to which this woman in a tan shirt and a bad attitude came to the window and again, I was met with, they could not do that. I asked what the issue was? As they were going to put the salad they offered as a replacement in a bowl correct? She stated that her kitchen manager said it wasn’t a possibility and that they can’t ring it up that way? Seems like a silly excuse since I already paid when order was place and they were only substituting a bun for a wrap.. At this point I was offered a grilled chicken club sandwich. It was gross, and it was NOT my pleasure eating from this establishment. Some places the customer is NOT always right.. The spicy chicken sandwiches were also way spicier than normal, and waffle fries tasted off. I would NOT recommend this location based off of terrible customer service and food not being up to par as the rest of the chili-fil-a establishments.

I live in town and the crew has always been very nice. Stopped in 10 mins before closing and apologized for ordering so close to closing time. The employee with the blue shirt and longer hair insisted it was no big deal and gave me my meal hot and fresh. Appreciate these guys always working hard regardless of the time of year.
